Having a British Director, with years of experience in Civil and House development from low cost to executive development, we have adopted UK standards in all our work. We have in-house training of all staff, ensuring quality workmanship in all avenues.

We really are a one stop shop, we believe if we control everything from day one, using trusted staff and contacts, then your project will not be disrupted through disagreements or litigation.

Standards in Ghana are appalling, many contractors don’t know the basic regulations or standards of construction.

Health and Safety is totally ignored, many accident happen. We don’t cut corners, profits isn’t our driving force, customer satisfaction and pride in our work is equally important

We use modern equipment, like site and laser levels these ensure we don’t waste materials, the project is level.

We only use acceptable quality materials, no cheap Chinese items.

We import or make our own products as is practicable. if we source out we have specify our requirements.

We are honest and reliable, each client as an account, money is used solely for your project, we may not be the cheapest compared to local labour, but we do guarantee, quality work, honesty, pride in the job.

We will also provide advice on buildings design and will oversee your own builder or contractor to ensure they work to standards especially in key areas of building, like, foundation, pillar/beam floors, roofing, ensure that doors and window heights are in line square.
