Kwesimintsim Hospital

The Kwesimintsim Government Hospital is the District Hospital for the Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly in Takoradi and the second major referral facility in Takoradi apart from the Effia-Nkwanta Regional Hospital.

It is situated at Sawmill, a suburb of Kwesimintsim, one of the sub-districts of Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipality along the Takoradi–Agona Nkwanta High way. The hospital supervises other health institutions (both public and private) within the Kwesimintsim sub-metro.

Our services include Out-patient Services (OPD), In-patient Services, Antenatal Care (ANC), Child Welfare Clinic, Family Planning Services, Ultrasound Scan, Dental Services, X-Ray, Laboratory, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), HCT/ART/PMTCT, Mental Health, Pharmacy, Surgical, Nutrition, Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Eye care.
