FAIR HOUSING CENTRE

Fair Housing Centre is a legally registered company limited by guarantee (NGO) and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) in Ghana.

Our core responsibilities are to ensure equal housing opportunities by eliminating housing discrimination through advocacy, enforcement, education and outreach, assessment of landed property contracts, assessment of housing conditions prior to occupation or acquisition of landed properties.

We are surveyors, housing policy analysts, tenants’ right representatives, home assistants and legal aid assistances.
