Cross-Point Hospice Care Centre, Ghana is an innovative intervention in the health sector aimed at providing residential rehabilitation services to patients suffering from stroke.

We focus on getting stroke sufferers to regain their normalcy through a coordinated effort and patient management approach by a team of professionals in collaboration with the patient, family and caregivers.

The idea of providing a facility such as Cross-Point has stemmed from an evaluation of the health service sector which revealed a gap in continuous medical care for patients suffering debilitating conditions.

Most families struggle with provision of care for their loved ones when they are discharged from the hospital after the acute stroke therapy. So Cross-Point provides an intervention for families that are struggling to care for their loved ones with stroke conditions. The residential rehabilitation service provided by Cross-Point will bring relief and assurance of professional care and recovery to families of stroke patients.
