HOME CARE STAFFING

CHA is a team of experienced healthcare professionals specializing on home care. Our comprehensive home care services and/ or in the hospital (sitting- in); ranges from a short, medium and long term. Thus 1 hour up to 24 hours a day for a live-in service. We provide assistance with all Activities of Daily Living.

We customize the plan of care based on the patient needs and that of the family.

CHA understands the needs of each family. We begin a client assessment process by meeting with the client and in his/her family and jointly determine the care.

We conduct an in-depth assessment of socio- medical conditions by meeting with the client and his/her family and jointly determine the kind of assistance needed that will help them maintain their dignity and well-being.

Agency operating hours is 24/7.

The Administrator, designated alternate administrator, supervising nurse or designated alternate supervising staff will perform all the required tasks if the official working hours is lapsed.
