Company Services Explained:

Design & Build: Architectural and structural design, based on your vision and budget, followed by full management and delivery of the construction project. All structural designs are reviewed to ensure quality and, and will be signed off by the appropriate regulatory institutions in Ghana.

Contractor Built: We work with you pre-existing building design to deliver your project.

Project Management: We offer holistic project management, from start to completion, making use of approved project tools and techniques to achieve the highest standards.

Facilities Management & Maintenance: We understand that it is not possible for our clients to manage the upkeep of their facilities whilst also undertaking their other responsibilities. Along with our team of professional artisans, we will oversee the safe and responsible maintenance of your building assets for a period of time suitable to you.

Structural Integrity Assurance: Thorough service to assess the safety of your existing buildings, to ensure that they are in good condition, have been built to the correct standards, and do not pose any threat of danger or collapse.
