The school was founded by the late rev. Adolphus Egbetor Fiagbedzi on the 1st of January 1939. It was first known as First-century Gospel Church Industrial School (FICEGO) until its name was changed to Keta Business College ( KETABUSCO). The school was absorbed into the public system in 1965.
